- Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who subscribe (or renew their existing subscription) to Australian NetGuide between 09/07/08 and 12/08/08 (for a minimum period of 12 months). Employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families), and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- Entry is automatic upon and subject to the processing of a valid credit card payment, or, if payment is made by cheque, the cheque must be cleared for payment.
