If you are having difficulties logging in the password protected areas of this site (this includes the software and special offers section, please make sure you check the following:

• The username and password can only be found in the latest magazine. Please purchase the magazine to find out how to access these sections.

• The username and password are case-sensitive. This means you must type them in exactly as they appear in the magazine. Upper case letters must be typed in as upper case, lower case must be typed in as lower case.

• Watch out for extra characters or spaces. Please do not include any extra characters that are not suppose to be there.

• Also please note that you may be typing O's instead of zeroes or vice versa.
